    Online Payment System Changing to SchoolPay.com

    If you remember, earlier we prematurely announced a new online payment system that would replace PaySchools. We can now officially announce that "SchoolPay" is up and running for payments to our school lunch program and to our Little Warriors programs. Go online to schoolpay.com, then follow the directions given in the SchoolPay brochure that can be found at https://bit.ly/2E3znaZ. All payment balances that are currently in our system will remain in your accounts and active through this transition.

    FOOD PREPARATION GUIDELINES

    With the variety of food we are delivering to our four locations, please follow these guidelines toward proper preparations:

    BASIC PREPARATION GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES
    Do not remove wrap before heating. From thawed stage: Preheat convection oven to 325 F, place onto a bun pan and heat for 10-12 minutes. Serve. From frozen: Preheat convection oven to 275 F, place sandwiches onto bun pan and heat 12-15 minutes. Serve.
    Note: Sandwiches can be heated from a frozen state; however, it is recommended that are heated from a thawed state.

    TWIN CHEESEBURGERS
    For best results, heat from thawed state, thaw frozen hamburgers in refrigerator. From thawed state heat sealed/wrapped sandwiches in a preheated 275 ‘F conventional oven for 20-25 minutes. Do not heat above 275’F

    BREAKFAST PIZZA SLIDERS
    Basic Preparation COOK BEFORE SERVING. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: PREHEAT TO 350 DEGREES F. BAKE FOR 11-14 MINUTES.

    PANCAKE WRAPS
    Basic Preparation Heat from frozen state. Conventional Oven: 350 degrees F: 20-22 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 160 degrees F. From thawed is not recommended. Product will be hot. Times and temperatures may vary based on equipment and quantity prepared. Adjust as needed.

    ENGLISH MUFFIN, EGG AND CHEESE, Whole Grain, 3.3 Ounce, Cooked,
    Basic Preparation From thawed state in a conventional oven at 275 degrees F for 11-13 minutes.

    GLUTEN FREE PIZZA POCKETS
    Basic Preparation- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

    CALZONES
    Spray the tray or use a pan liner, Cook for 12-15 minutes in a 350’F conventional oven. Cook to an internal temperature of 165’F as measured by a food thermometer. Product will be hot, let stand for 2 minutes.

    MAC AND CHEESE/PASTA
    heat and serve! best if thawed.
